Some have been produced for Le Laboratoire following more than a year's reflection and dialogue with medical scientists Anne Goldfeld and David Edwards. Others bear witness to James Nachtwey's work in Siberia, Asia and Africa, and to initiatives conducted in various health centers in the fight against infectious diseases. The American filmmaker and director Asa Mader has prepared film portraits of several leading medical scientists participating in the Attention! symposium as well as a powerful portrait of James Nachtwey.
